Key Responsibilities:
Assist the finance team with customers and admin
Data entry
Coordinate daily financial tasks
Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
Assist dealership staff on understanding finance and insurance introductions/offerings
- Receipt deposits for vehicle purchased
- Balance out payments and invoices for delivery of vehicles
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an admin-based role
Driven, goal-oriented and customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
High attention to detail
