Due to growth, Werribee and Western Automotive Group are on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator to join our established & growing business.The Position:You will get to work with incredible automotive brands brands and people at all levels.This is a full-time position. You will work closely with our Directors and Automotive Brand Managers and will be responsible for the full function of social media and digital marketing. You will drive growth across all of our social media platforms, as well as managing relationships with internal managers & external agencies. Key requirements & your profileA minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing position, specifically within social & digital media marketing spaceTertiary qualification in marketing, social media or equivalentProven experience creating and editing content for a variety of social media platformsProven experience executing successful social media campaigns An imaginative & creative thinker with problem solving skillsGood work ethic, great interpersonal skills, desire to learn & growUnderstanding of search engine optimisation and web traffic metricsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamUnderstanding of Google Analytics is preferred but not essentialExceptional analytical skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiencesKey responsibilities include:Continue and develop the brand/product awareness & marketing on media and digital platforms.Grow and expand the company's social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increased presence on existing platforms.Co-ordinate, curate, and manage activity calendar for social media and digital channels including but not limited to; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etcCo-ordinate product, content, campaign photography, sales campaigns whilst working with automotive manufacturers to create engaging digital content for multiple dealerships on various channelsAssist Directors, Brand & Sales managers in executing strategies and initiatives for social media execution and digital campaignsCreate/design, monitor, and optimise paid social media advertisingEvaluate the performance of social content, campaigns, and strategies, and provide recommendations to continually improveMonitor social marketing landscapeLiaising with third party suppliers as requiredProvide support to Sales, Service & Parts Managers as requiredMonthly reportingWhy apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the ongoing success and direction of Werribee & Western Automotive Group.
