Join us in our mission to revolutionize the brokerage industry and make a meaningful impact in the world of finance.Position Overview: As a Broker Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our brokers by providing comprehensive support and assistance. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, offering guidance, resolving issues, and facilitating preparation of application submissions to various lenders. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of brokerage operations.Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between brokers and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.Contact leads from various sources for the purpose of completing a finance application and collecting relevant supporting documentationProvide prompt and courteous assistance to brokers & clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.Address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution.Assist brokers with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of trading platforms and tools for our clients.Conduct research and analysis to support our brokers in making informed decisions and resolving client inquiries.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall broker experience.Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide knowledgeable support and guidance to brokers.Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree/diploa in finance, business administration, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in brokerage operations, client services, or a similar role within the financial services industry is a plusUnderstanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and brokerage platforms.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and problem-solving skills.BenefitsGreat Team environment.Competitive salary commensurate with experience. 55000 AUD Australia - VIC Melbourne - All locations Western Suburbs Melbourne 3004
