With a successful, supportive team around you, to assist you in your success this is a great opportunity to join our group.Your responsibilities & abilities will include:Taking full control of all fleet car advertising, valuation, purchasing and sales.Working closely with all the departments (ie Marketing, F&I & Aftermarket) to maximise overall profitability.Working with the leadership group to develop sales targets and gross profit targets.Meeting and exceeding targets for the sale of vehicle brands.Responsible for supporting existing clients and prospecting for new opportunities in small to medium businesses, corporate partner, government and fleet requirements/leasing.Participate in tenders and pricing.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.Proven ability to identify and grow new business opportunities.Exceptional communications skills.Previous experience using Era or similar will be highly regarded.Able to take initiative, problem solve and lead by example by being an active member of a team.Complete understanding of current market trends.What we offer:An attractive remuneration package.Five day working week will be offered to attract the right person to the company.Ongoing training, support and recognition.A rewarding career within an award winning group.An existing successful team to work with.
