The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven – a role that the candidate can truly make their own.The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:Maintaining Vehicle Stock Manage manufacturer Incentives/BonusesCommunicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.New vehicle registrations.Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and booking in customer deliveries Deal ProcessingReport vehicle sales to factory in accurate and timely mannerRun Stock lists for ManagementDealer SwapsQualifications and ExperienceEra/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essentialHistory in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.A positive attitudeGreat Team PlayerAbility to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong Time Management SkillsAbility to perform to deadlines.Please send your resume by using the apply link.
