The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven – a role that the candidate can truly make their own. The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:Process warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation and submissionMonitor warranty claim status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely resolutionMaintain detailed records of warranty claims, including approvals, rejections, and reimbursementsEnsuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.Data EntryQualifications and ExperienceEra/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essentialHistory in Warranty Administration or similar role is highly desirable.A positive attitudeGreat Team PlayerAbility to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong Time Management SkillsAbility to preform under pressure.Please send your resume by using the apply link.
